Synopsis
KJ and Dan are having trouble communicating. After several years of a strained relationship, a couple takes a weekend trip to a friend’s cabin to rekindle their romance… only to discover a dying, but not quite dead, mouse stuck in their glue. They disagree on how to handle it, with KJ recommending a quick death while Dan suggests making the mouse’s final moments as pleasant as possible. The couple compromise and continue their journey, slowly finding their way back to each other in this idyllic setting. Unfortunately, their peace is shattered by the arrival of a petite woman who can only be described as “eccentric” – she’s their host’s younger sister, and didn’t know anyone was staying at the family cabin. It’s okay if she falls, right? As the couple struggles to juggle this distraction on top of their already tense dynamic, KJ and Dan begin to worry that this unpleasant third wheel could threaten more than just their relationship…
