Synopsis
Amid the intense discord between the twin cities of Piltover and Zaun, two sisters fight on rival sides of a war between magical technologies and conflicting beliefs.. See the actors behind some of your favorite animated movies and series, including Ella Purnell in “Arcane”. ;. Fortiche Productions made a music video called “Get Jinxed” for Riot in 2013. Riot was so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to make an animated series, which took them several years to create.

After the release of season one, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that it would take less time to produce.. Featured in AniMat's Crazy Cartoon Cast: Geeked Week for Freaks (2021). EnemyWritten by Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sermon, Ben McKee, Daniel Platzman, Robin Fredriksson, Mattias Larsson, Justin Tranter, J.I.D. Performed by Imagine Dragons ft J.I.D.. I watched it with my parents who know nothing about the league universe.
As for me
I’ve been playing league since 2010, so my opinion may be a little biased. But my parents were pleasantly surprised. They said that at times it was a little clear that this series is aimed more at a young adult audience. A few uses of pop songs and the villain being a little over the top every day. But overall they enjoyed the first 3 episodes and wouldn’t mind watching the rest on their own time.
I loved it!
It was everything I hoped for and then some. Riot’s art department has always been on their A-game. And with Fortiche’s track record, I knew this one had very little chance of going wrong. Knowing Riot’s art department, it has an excellent story, well-written characters, and a rich world of news to draw from. All in all, this show comes together really nicely.
And it showcases some of the best talent Riot has to offer
